I started skating at the age of 4, and it quickly became a passion that’s shaped who I am. I’ve competed in many competitions and built lifelong friendships along the way. I love how skating harmoniously blends artistry with music and athleticism, where every detail matters (just like design!).
I picked up the guzheng when I was also 4, and I reached the highest level by 12. It has not only been a milestone of my life, but it's also my way of staying connected to culture and creativity. These days, I perform at UCLA's ethnomusicology concerts, where I get to share its enchanting melodies with new audiences.
I began learning ballet at 6. Over time, ballet has done so much more — it’s deepened my understanding of how to interpret music through movement and has greatly enhanced my body coordination. It’s a practice that continues to inspire grace and discipline in everything I do.
